User Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Siftly iOS application. By using Siftly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
Siftly provides tools to review and organize photo and video libraries on your device. Features may include similar-photo review, burst review, screenshot review, large-video review, previews, comparisons, and a user-confirmed cleanup flow.
2. Your library and permissions
You are responsible for the content in your Photos library and for deciding what access to grant Siftly. Siftly does not claim ownership of your photos or videos. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to use the content you review.
3. User decisions and deletion
Siftly may present recommendations, estimates, and review groupings. These are aids for your decision and are not guarantees. You are responsible for checking the selected items before confirming cleanup. Items are moved through Apple’s Photos deletion flow only after your explicit confirmation. Siftly cannot guarantee recovery of items after you or iOS permanently remove them.
4. Estimates and availability
Storage amounts, media classifications, similarity groupings, and preview availability may be estimates or may depend on the Photos framework, device state, network access, and iCloud availability. Siftly does not promise a specific amount of storage recovery or uninterrupted availability.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Siftly, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass iOS permission or deletion controls, reverse engineer the service except where applicable law permits, or use the app in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
Siftly and its original interface, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of Siftly’s software or brand assets.
7. Disclaimer
Siftly is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every analysis, classification, recommendation, preview, or estimate will be complete or error-free.
8. Changes
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the updated terms.
